Carle/Toro Residence: Gut renovation of a 3 story brick townhouse.
Ellner Residence: Renovation of a 2,500sf Park Avenue Pre-War apartment.
Vance-Hancock Residence: Renovation of a 2,400sf free-standing wood frame home built in 1866. An exercise in “peeling away layers of time” and balancing the original historic character with modern insertions.
Roush Residence: Gut renovation of a 3,400sf duplex loft in Soho.
Waters Residence: Renovation of an upper east side townhouse.
Brooklyn Heights Residence: Gut renovation of a 8,000 square foot Brooklyn Heights Brownstone and reversion from multi-family to a single family residence. Includes a new elevator, extensive historic preservation work on the facade and alteration of the roof to accommodate a new terrace overlooking lower Manhattan and the East River.
Augusta Residence: Gut renovation of a 5,000 square foot brownstone and reversion from 5-family to a two family residence.
Berton Residence: Renovation of a 3,300 square foot loft in Tribeca
Benisty Residence: Renovation of a 2,500 square foot loft in Soho.
Solomon Residence: Gut renovation of a 4,500 square foot pre-war apartment in the San Remo.
Krakoff Residence: 5 story upper east side brownstone gut renovation and reversion from 5-family to 1 family - including new rear yard extension and new facade.
Heinz Residence: 4,000sf custom loft residence with outdoor courtyard space in Tribeca.
941 Park Avenue: Renovation of a 5,000sf pre-war Park Avenue apartment.
Hofheimer Residence: 1- story addition to a 3-story brownstone in Park Slope.
Posner Residence: 3,600 square foot residence in Tribeca with 15’ ceilings.
Robbins-Sarandon Residence: Misc. renovations of main house and guest houses in Pound Ridge, New York.
Waksal Residence: Renovation of 6,000sf loft apartment in Soho.
Roberts Apartment: Duplex penthouse apartment renovation.
Robbins-Sarandon Loft: 6,500 square foot loft renovation. Performed architectural services from design development through construction administration. In association with William McDonough Architects.
Varous Residencek: Renovation of a 4 story brownstone overlooking Prospect Park. Project included renovation of all floors, new masonry fireplace, new gourmet kitchen, rooftop deck and garden.
Falk Residence: 3,500 square foot pre-war apartment renovation on 79th street off Park Avenue.
Rosenberg Residence: 4,500 square foot loft renovation in Soho
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
St. Nicholas Neighborhood Preservation Projects: We are currently working with this local affordable housing non-profit to develop 20,000sf of new affordable housing units on (4) sites utilizing the Inclusionary Housing Bonus program set forth in the Greenpoint/ Williamsburg rezoning of 2005. Construction commences winter 2012.
Wythe Avenue Project: This 130,000sf development begins with a private rezoning action our office filed and carried through the complete ULURP process including hearings before Brooklyn Community Board 1, The Brooklyn Borough Presidents Office, The City Planning Commission and the New York City Council. The project will result in 120 market rate residential condo units and 26,000sf of off-site affordable housing in Community Board 1.- The Rezoning has been approved.
60 Warren Street: 30,000sf renovation including a 15,000sf 4 story addition to an existing 5 story 1890‘s italianate brick manufacturing building and conversion to luxury lofts. This project is included in the Robert A.M. Stern book, “New York 2000”.
169 Hudson Street: 70,000sf conversion of an existing 7 story landmark district warehouse to luxury lofts. Project included the creation of a 30’ x 40‘ light court through the building and the addition of an 8th floor. Full landmarks Commission hearings and approvals for Special Permit to allow floor plates in excess of those restricted by the Zoning Resolution in exchange for a full restoration including replication of original lost facade details.
29 Howard Street: 14,000sf renovation including a penthouse addition to an existing 5 story manufacturing building and conversion to loft dwellings.
27 Howard Street: 14,000sf renovation including a penthouse addition to an existing 5 story manufacturing building and conversion to loft dwellings.
16 Wooster Street: 27,000 renovation and conversion of 7 story building from manufacturing of residential condominiums. Full Landmarks Commission hearings for approval of Special Permit to allow Use Group 6 retail on ground floor in an MI-5B district in exchange for full exterior restoration including the replication of the original wood storefront.

Antoine Verglas Studio, New York, New York: 4,000sf photographer’s studio, containing a main studio area plus a kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms uniquely designed to serve as sets as well as their traditional function.
Disney Studios:YMA Office Renovation, New York, New York: Commercial office space renovation.
St. EliasChurch, Brooklyn, New York: Pro bono Restoration of an 1870 brick church.
Congregation Ahavas Israel, Brooklyn, New York: Pro bono Restoration of a 1920 synagogue.
